Macarella Cookies

This is a fabulous cookie that I had the other day from the NYC Street Sweets truck by my office. It's a thin coconut macaroon oozing with a Nutella explosion.

Spinach & pear salad with blue cheese and crispy wontons. Also had tomato soup and it was dee-lish!

Whole Wheat Cranberry-Orange Oatmeal Pecan

That's a mouthful! I just used an oatmeal cookie recipe from the new cookbook and added a bunch of leftover stuff I had in the cabinet. They turned out pretty good!
